Not worth the cost by .. ems25 ()
I purchased these locators to help my husband who is always misplacing things. For the most part they were easy to set up. When we first tested them out, we found the range isn't very good. We live in an average 1 bedroom apartment and had to walk around pressing the buttons to get anything to alarm. Also, the alarm isn't very loud, so if your item is buried (say in the couch or in the laundry hamper), you are not going to hear it. Finally, after only a week, one of the wallet sized locators broke and kept randomly alarming until we took the battery out. Not sure if these were worth the cost.

The range on the sensors are OK, you can find items from maybe 20-30 feet away.
The wallet ones are useless. They are SOO thick. Based on the pictures I was thinking they would be the size of a credit card. Instead they are the size of 10 credit cards.
It adds so much thickness to my wallet I feel like George Costanza. I had to get rid of the wallet one. For women it will be fine in a purse or something, but don't expect to use this in any normal mens wallet.
